Welcome to Cami. By downloading, accessing, or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you must use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using Cami, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts and Security
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account when caused by your failure to safeguard access. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us promptly.
4. Description of the Service
Cami is an AI-powered self-discipline companion designed to help users build habits and make progress toward personal goals. Features may include planning, task breakdown, accountability support, companion scenes, habit tracking, motivational reminders, and lightweight support tools. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Cami may offer both free features and paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions may be processed through app stores or authorized payment providers. Unless otherwise stated by the billing platform, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Refunds, billing disputes, and renewal timing are subject to the rules of the relevant payment platform.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create in the service, such as habit records, plans, and personal goals. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process that content solely as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the service. We do not publicly disclose your personal content without your consent except where legally required.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Cami's responses and suggestions are generated by AI for companionship and reference purposes only. They do not constitute medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for using independent judgment. Cami is an assistive product, not a human being, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional care or real-world relationships.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the service to violate applicable laws, reverse engineer the service, scrape or bulk access content without permission, impersonate others, interfere with platform security, distribute unlawful or harmful material, misuse AI features to generate abusive or illegal content, transfer or resell your account, or disrupt the normal use of the service by others. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
9. Intellectual Property
The service and its content, including software, interface design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and related models, are owned by Cami or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit them without prior written permission, except as permitted by law. Feedback you provide may be used by us to improve the product without additional compensation.

Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by applicable law as determined by the jurisdiction in which the relevant Cami operating entity provides the service, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. If resolution is not possible, disputes may be brought before a court with proper jurisdiction.
