Welcome to Cami. By using Cami, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of the Service
Cami is an AI-powered emotional companionship and life-management app that offers companionship, reminders, journaling, motivation, and related features. Cami does not provide medical, legal, psychological counseling, financial, or other professional services, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old and meet the minimum age required by the app store you use. For example, the Apple App Store may require users to be at least 13. In all cases, the higher minimum age applies).
Users under 18 should use Cami with a guardian's consent and must have the civil capacity required by applicable law.
3. Accounts and Acceptable Use
- Keep your account secure. You may not transfer, rent, or share it.
- You may not upload unlawful, violent, pornographic, harassing, or other content that infringes another person's lawful rights.
- You may not attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape data from, or abuse the service at scale.
- If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service.
4. Subscriptions and Disclaimers
The amount charged is the amount shown on the in-app purchase page. Some subscriptions renew automatically, and you can cancel renewal through the relevant platform.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Cami does not provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for effects caused by user conduct, network problems, device failures, or force majeure events.
5. Intellectual Property and Disputes
The product's designs, copy, user interface, algorithms, models, and other content are owned by Aixing Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd.. You may not copy, adapt, distribute, or commercially use them without authorization.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction where Aixing Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. is domiciled.
