Install and get started
How do I install the iOS version?
It currently installs through TestFlight. Install Apple’s TestFlight first, then open the Cami invite link, accept the invitation and install the beta. Follow the installation guide on this page for the download entry. View iOS install steps ↗
How do I download the Android version?

Check the app for current features, usage limits and pricing. Before purchasing, review the plan benefits, price, renewal and cancellation terms.
What if installation or sign-in fails?

Planning and records
How is Cami different from a to-do list?
Beyond keeping track of tasks, Cami sorts out goals and breaks down plans in a conversation, then supports what comes next with reminders and memory. Explore goal planning ↗
How do I add tasks in natural language?
Open the natural-language task entry in the app and describe what to do and when, for example “read for ten minutes at 8 tonight”. Review what Cami recognized, then confirm or adjust the task.
Can I return to a plan after a break?
Yes. Describe your actual progress and the time you have now to sort out a next step together. You can shrink the task or adjust the plan.
What is the difference between the journal and the workspace?
The journal is for sorting out and reviewing your days; the workspace keeps tasks and goals in one place, so the next step in front of you is easy to pick. Journal ↗ · Workspace ↗

What are miniapps?
Miniapps are small tools inside Cami, such as focus mode, an expense tracker, a timetable and vocabulary practice. Add existing tools or describe one you want to create. Meet the miniapps ↗
Can Cami read and write my miniapps?
Tools that work through conversation need to be added to My Miniapps with the right permissions granted. You can manage what Cami may access, and what each tool can do is described in the tool itself.
Where can I see Cami’s memory?
Open the memory section in the app to view what has been saved. When your goals or preferences change, keep it up to date with the options in your current version. Learn about memory ↗
How do I learn about data use or delete my account?
Read the privacy policy for information about data collection, use and your rights. To delete your account, go to “Settings → Account & security” in the app. Contact the team if you have questions. Privacy policy ↗
Reminders and experience
Why am I not receiving reminders?
First check the reminder schedule in the app and your phone’s notification permissions. On Android, background and battery-saving settings can also affect when reminders show. If the problem continues, tell the team your phone model and when it happens.
Do actions on this website change my app?
No. The screenshot switching and task check-offs on this website are local browser demos. They never connect to or change your app account. To use Cami for real, download the app.
